I really like this shot. Are all of the specs at the top little flies on the web? If so, "The floating predator" may be an alternative title for you. Not that i have anything against Little Miss Muffit!

And while I'm no expert on photography, I like the composition seems great as well.

There's nothing wrong with being shallow as long as you're insightful about it.
Well now that I think about it maybe it was the composition that drew my attention the specs in the first place? When I looked at the small version I was wondering what the "dirt" was that were so noticeable against the blue background. But I had to get a closer look at the spider which looked so interesting. Once I had the larger version I realized that at least a couple of them seemed to be flies in the web. I'm glad the specs are there!
